At Boca Raton Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center, we are committed to making surgical care accessible to all members of our community. We understand that medical expenses can be overwhelming, and we offer a Financial Assistance Program to help patients who are experiencing financial hardship. Financial assistance does not apply to cosmetic procedures.
Eligibility Criteria: Financial assistance is available to uninsured, underinsured, and low-income patients who meet specific guidelines. Eligibility is determined through a confidential review of income, assets, and household size.
How to Apply: Patients may request Financial Assistance by calling the facility at 561-362-4400 and asking for the Business Office Manager or Administrator. We are available to help guide you through the process and answer any questions. We’re dedicated to helping you receive the care you need with dignity and respect.
